東海村姉妹都市交流会館 Tokai Sister City Hall

東海村姉妹都市交流会館では、各種団体による会議や外国人との交流など様々なイベントを開催するための設備を整えています。また、村民の皆さまの交流の場としてもご利用ください。

現在、多くの国の人々との交流の輪を広げるために、国際交流活動の拠点としての空間を提供しています。

The Tokai Sister City Hall was built to commemorate twenty years of friendship and exchange with our sister city Idaho Falls, in the hope that this relationship would continue to expand and last. The hall is now a center of international exchange in Tokai-mura, providing a place for locals and people from many different countries to meet and get to know each other.The Tokai Sister City Hall provides facilities for various gatherings and events related to international exchange. It can also be used as a meeting place for local residents.

The main hall is available free of charge to anyone as a place to gather or study, but groups must book in advance.

使用の際には使用許可申請書を使用日の2ヶ月前から5日前までに提出してください。

会議室申込み方法

申請者が直接来館し、使用許可書を提出してください。

1. 村民以外の方が使用する場合は、上記使用料の5割増となります。
2. 使用内容によっては、使用料を減額または免除することができます。

The meeting room seats eighteen people and is suitable for meetings or language classes.
Charge may apply. Booking should be made from between 2 months up to 5 days in advance.

Booking forms are available at the hall and should be submitted in person.

1. The above charges apply to Tokai residents only. Non-residents will be charged a further 50%.
2. Charges can be reduced or waived depending on the purpose of use.

The kitchen can be used free of charge to make tea or prepare for a party, but advance booking is required.

• 施設や設備を破損または滅失したときは損害を賠償していただきます。
• 特定の政党、宗教、教団等を支持、支援するためや、営利を目的とした使用はできません。
• 来館者は次のことを厳守してください。

1. 会館管理者の指示に従うこと。
2. 所定の場所に備え付けた備品または物品を移動しないこと。
3. 館内は禁煙。
4. ゴミは持ち帰ること。

• Any damage to the facilities and equipment, and lost items must be paid for.
• Use of facilities for political, religious or commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Instructions from the hall staff must be obeyed.
• Furniture and equipment may not be shifted.
• Smoking is not permitted inside.
• All garbage should be taken away when you leave.
