 The Tokai Sister City Hall was built to commemorate twenty years of friendship and exchange with our sister city Idaho Falls,in the hope that this relationship would continue to expand and last.

 The hall is now a center of international exchange in Tokai-mura, providing a place for locals and people from many different countries to meet and get to know each other.

 The Tokai Sister City Hall provides facilities for various gatherings and events related to international exchange.
 It can also be used as a meeting place for local residents.
